Our commitment at BlackCoral Costumes is to ensure your satisfaction. We offer a 10-day return policy, allowing you ample time to request a return within 10 days after receiving your item.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition ā unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase or receipt is required to initiate the return process. Please note that if the order is processed as Cash On Delivery, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us promptly. This allows us to assess the issue and take appropriate corrective measures.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including masks, underclothes (Vests & Briefs), and personal care or beauty products (such as Soap, Talcum Powder). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please reach out to us.
Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: For a seamless exchange process, we recommend returning the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, making a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
